Our 2023 8’x20’ plasma table is one of our key machines in our shop. Almost every project that we send out the door has been cut on our plasma. We have the capacity to cut up to 1’ plate with the plasma. We also have an add on etching head that allows us to mark part numbers or bend lines on parts if needed. Pieces over 1” can be cut using our add on oxy fuel cutting head. This opens up the capacity to cut extremely thick plate.

The second most important piece of equipment we have is our cnc press brake. This allows us to either run huge runs of parts quickly and accurately or to do a one off custom piece with precision. We are able to bend up to 10’ of 3/16” mild steel. Shorter lengths of thicker material can also be bent.

The S-20A bandsaw has a cutting capacity of 13”x!8” at 90degrees. This machine is set up with full bundling capabilities. The s-20a is a fully automatic bandsaw. Each job can be accurately set to the desired length and number of pieces. Once you hit go you can walk away and come back once your parts are all cut. This cuts out one more step of reading the tape backwards giving consistent accurate cuts every single time.

Our Large Lathe does not get used every day but when needed It is an extremely useful piece of equipment to have on the shop floor. This Lathe was originally servicing a United States Navy Ship

Our radial arm drill is also not used every day but when you need it you need it. This piece was originally sold to Caterpillar Tractor Company in 1963 for $30,327.50. That is equal to $304,316.64 today! Did you run this machine back in the day? We would love to see pictures. It was originally shipped to Caterpillars Joliet plant in the hydraulic building.
